**Can I open several Drime accounts?**

Drime's [terms of service](https://drime.cloud/terms-of-services) do not allow you to open several free accounts, or to open a new account after one was suspended or closed for a breach of the terms. They set no limit on paid accounts.

See [Why an account or link can be suspended](https://drime.cloud/support/security-and-privacy/account-suspension).

**Can I merge two accounts?**

No. Each account is separate, with its own email address, storage and plan, and accounts cannot be merged in the app. To move files from one account to another, download them from the first account, then upload them to the second.

**I want more storage: should I open a second account?**

No need. Upgrade your plan instead: see [Upgrade or change your plan](https://drime.cloud/support/plans-and-billing/upgrade-or-change-plan).

If you have a Lifetime plan and buy another one, do not open a second account to use it: ask Drime to stack it on your account. Email [contact@drime.cloud](mailto:contact@drime.cloud), with the code or the invoice and the email address of your account, before December 1, 2026. Stacking is never automatic. See [Lifetime plans and stacking](https://drime.cloud/support/plans-and-billing/lifetime-plans).

**How do I share storage with my family?**

Use Drime Family rather than separate accounts. See [What is Drime Family?](https://drime.cloud/support/family/what-is-drime-family).

**How do I work with a team?**

Create a workspace and invite your colleagues: each member keeps their own account. See [Create a workspace for your team](https://drime.cloud/support/workspaces/create-a-workspace).
