A deleted Drime account cannot be restored. What deletion removes, what Drime may keep for legal reasons, and what you can do next.

**Can a deleted account be restored?**

No. Deleting a Drime account is immediate and permanent: neither you nor Drime support can bring it back.

**What did the deletion remove?**

- Your files, deleted permanently.
- Your subscriptions, which are cancelled.
- Your place in the workspaces you belonged to.

Drime keeps some data only as long as its legal, regulatory and contractual obligations require: see the [privacy policy](https://drime.cloud/privacy-policy) and [Your data and GDPR](https://drime.cloud/support/security-and-privacy/your-data-rights).

**Can I get my files back?**

No. Your files were deleted with the account. Only copies you kept outside Drime remain.

**Can I use Drime again?**

Yes, with a new account. It starts empty, on the free plan. See [Create your Drime account](https://drime.cloud/support/getting-started/create-an-account).

**I only wanted to stop paying**

Cancelling your plan does not delete your account: your files stay, and your account returns to the free plan. See [Cancel your subscription](https://drime.cloud/support/plans-and-billing/cancel-your-subscription).
