# Find files you added recently

Open Recent in the Drime sidebar to see the files added in the last 90 days, and find older ones with search or by sorting on upload date.

**Recent** lists the files added to your Drive in the last 90 days.

## Open Recent

In the sidebar, click **Recent**. Folders don't appear there, only files.

## Find older files

Files added more than 90 days ago don't appear in **Recent**. To find them:

- search for them: see [Find files with search](https://drime.cloud/support/drive/find-files-with-search) and [Search tips](https://drime.cloud/support/drive/search-tips);
- or open the folder, open **Sort** above the file list and choose **Upload date**. See [Sort files and change the view](https://drime.cloud/support/drive/sort-and-change-view).

## If it doesn't work

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| A folder you just created isn't in **Recent** | **Recent** shows files only. Open the folder from its location, or search for its name. |
| A file you added a while ago isn't there | **Recent** covers the last 90 days. Search for it or sort by **Upload date**. |
