Right-click a folder and choose **Folder settings** to reach these options.

| Option | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Manage storage** | Shows what takes room in this folder, by kind of file, with the largest items first. |
| **Folder notifications** | Emails you when files are added or deleted. See [Get notified of activity in a shared folder](https://drime.cloud/support/sharing-and-collaboration/folder-activity-notifications). |
| **Set naming convention** | Renames files in the folder according to rules you define. |
| **Recalculate size** | Recounts the folder's size if it looks wrong. |
| **Folder activity** | Shows what happened in the folder. See [See a file's details and activity](https://drime.cloud/support/drive/file-details-and-activity). |

## Naming conventions

1. Choose **Folder settings** \> **Set naming convention**.

2. Click **Add a rule** and build the name.

For example **Capitalize initials**, **Separate words with**, **Replace text** or **Keep only characters**. Drag the rules to change their order.

3. Choose where the rules apply.

Tick **Rename the files already in this folder**, **Apply these rules to all future files in this folder**, or both.

4. Check the **Preview**, then click **Set**.

A rule that finds nothing to change in a file is skipped for that file.

## Recalculate a folder's size

If a folder shows a size that does not match its content, choose **Folder settings** \> **Recalculate size**. **Size updated to …** shows the new size, or **Size was already correct** if nothing changed.
