# Create documents and web shortcuts in the app

Use the + button of the Drime mobile app to create a document, spreadsheet or presentation from a template, a page or a web shortcut.

The + button of the Drime mobile app creates new items in the folder you are in.

## Create a document, a spreadsheet or a presentation

Tap +, then **Document**, **Spreadsheet** or **Presentation**. Start from a blank file or from a template: CV, cover letter, report, meeting notes, budget, expenses, invoice, schedule, pitch, project review or training.

The file is created in your Drime. To edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, use Drime on the web.

## Create a page

Tap +, then the page option, to start a Drime page: see [Use Drime Pages on your phone, even offline](https://drime.cloud/support/mobile/pages-on-your-phone).

## Add a web shortcut

Tap +, then **Web shortcut**, to save a link to a website in your Drive. See [Save web shortcuts in your Drive](https://drime.cloud/support/more-apps/web-shortcuts).

## Whiteboards

Tap +, then **Whiteboard**, to create a whiteboard. A new version of Whiteboards is coming, and the current boards are no longer supported from 15 November 2026: export the ones you want to keep.
