# View, edit and locate your photos and videos

Open a photo or video in the Drime mobile app, copy text from it, see its details and location, edit it and save a copy or replace the original.

When you open a photo or a video in the Drime mobile app, the viewer shows it full screen with its actions: **Comments**, **Share**, **Edit**, **Info** and **Delete**, a star to add it to your favourites, and **Open with** to open it in another app.

A Live Photo plays its motion when you press and hold it.

## Copy text from a photo

Tap **Select text**. The app reads the text in the photo on your phone, and you can select and copy it.

## See a photo's details and location

Tap **Info** to see the photo's dates, the albums it is in, the camera and its settings (EXIF data), who has access to it, and where it was taken.

- If the photo has no location, tap **Add a location**, then **Choose on map**.
- To see the place in your maps app, tap **Open in Maps**.

## Edit a photo or a video

1. Tap **Edit**.

   For a photo, you can crop, rotate, apply filters, adjust the image, draw and add text. For a video, you can trim it.

2. Save your changes.

   **Save as copy** keeps the original and adds a new file next to it. **Replace original** replaces the file.
