# Send and sign documents with Drime Sign in the app

Use Drime Sign in the mobile app to send a document for signature, sign one yourself, follow your requests and send reminders.

Drime Sign, Drime's electronic signature tool, is also in the mobile app. Tap **More**, then **Sign**.

## The Sign dashboard

Your documents are sorted under **All**, **Pending**, **Awaiting you** (the documents you have to sign), **Drafts**, **Signed** and **Expired**.

## Send a document for signature

1. Tap **New document**, then choose a document.

   It can come from your phone, from your Drime or from a template. You can also tap **Scan a document**. From a PDF or an image in your Drime, you can also open its menu and tap **Send to sign**.

2. In **Document**, check the document.

3. In **Signers**, add the people who sign.

   Turn on **I am the only signer** if only you sign, **Set signing order** to have them sign one after another, or **SMS verification (2FA)** to ask for a code sent by text message.

4. In **Fields**, place the fields: signature, initials, date, text, checkbox, email or number.

5. In **Send**, check the request, then tap **Send**.

   You can first add a message, a **Deadline** and **Automatic reminders**. Or tap **Create a link** to share a signing link yourself.

## Sign a document

Open a document under **Awaiting you**, then draw, type or upload your signature. To refuse it, tap **Decline**.

## Follow your requests

From a document, you can **Remind** the signers, **Copy link**, **Save to Drive** once signed, and open its **Audit trail**. Your reusable documents are under **Templates**.

## On the web only

Inviting again a signer who declined is not in the app. Do it in Drime on the web: see [When a signer declines](https://drime.cloud/support/sign/when-a-signer-declines#resubmit).
