Pages is Drime's block editor for documents, notes and wikis. It was previously called Drime Notes. Each page is made of blocks (paragraphs, headings, tasks, images, links…), and each page is also saved as a `.dpage` file in your Drive.

Pages is included on every plan, the free plan too.

## Create a page

1. In your Drive, open the folder where the page should go.

2. Click **Create**, then **New page**.

3. Type a title, then start writing below it.

You can also start from **Tools** \> **Pages**: it lists all your pages, and its **New page** button creates one. **Templates** offers ready-made pages to start from.

## Add blocks with the / menu

Type `/` in a page to open the block menu. The main blocks are:

| Block | What it adds |
| --- | --- |
| **Text and headings** | Paragraphs and headings |
| **New task** | A checklist item |
| **Date or reminder** | A date or a reminder |
| **Callout** | A highlighted box (also warning, tip, danger and success styles) |
| **Table of contents** | A list of the page's headings |
| **Equation** | A mathematical formula |
| **Link**, **Bookmark**, **Embed** | Links, bookmarks and embedded content |
| **Photo gallery** | Several images shown as a gallery |
| **Link file** | A link to a file from your Drive |
| **Link page** | A link to another page |
| **Sub-page** | A new page nested inside this one |

You can also add columns, code, quotes and toggles, and mention people with `@`.

## Databases

From the same menu, you can insert a database and show it as a **Grid**, **Board**, **Calendar**, **Gallery**, **List**, **Timeline**, **Chart** or **Form**. See [Build databases, boards and calendars](https://drime.cloud/support/pages/databases).

## Organise your pages

Sub-pages let you build a wiki: a home page that links to topic pages, which link to their own sub-pages. See [Organise pages with sub-pages and links](https://drime.cloud/support/pages/organize-pages).

## Delete a page

In the pages panel, right-click the page, then click **Move to trash** and confirm. Its sub-pages go to the trash with it. You can restore it from the **Trash**: see [Restore a page from the trash](https://drime.cloud/support/pages/organize-pages#trash).

## If it doesn't work

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| **You don't have any pages** in **Tools** \> **Pages** | You have not created a page in this workspace yet. Click **New page**. |
| **Something went wrong in Pages.** | Pages could not load. Reload the page; if it keeps happening, [contact Drime support](https://drime.cloud/support/getting-started/contact-drime-support). |
| A page has disappeared | It may have been moved to the trash, alone or with its parent page. See [Restore a page from the trash](https://drime.cloud/support/pages/organize-pages#trash). |
