Cancelling a plan stops its renewal, but does not refund what you have already paid. A refund is only issued when the law requires it, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers.

## Does cancelling refund me?

No. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid, then your account returns to the free plan. See [Cancel your subscription](https://drime.cloud/support/plans-and-billing/cancel-your-subscription).

When you subscribe, the checkout states it: **Previous payments will not be refunded upon cancellation unless required by law.**

## The 14-day right of withdrawal

If you subscribed as a consumer, Drime's [terms of sale](https://drime.cloud/terms-of-sales) give you the right to cancel your subscription and obtain a refund within 14 days. The refund is then made within 14 days of your withdrawal.

## Ask for a refund

There is no refund action in the app. To ask for a refund, email [contact@drime.cloud](mailto:contact@drime.cloud).

## If it doesn't work

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| You cancelled, but received no refund | Cancelling does not refund past payments. If you are within your 14-day right of withdrawal, email [contact@drime.cloud](mailto:contact@drime.cloud). |
| Your plan still shows **Ends on** and a date | That is expected: the plan stays active until that date, then your account returns to the free plan. |
