**What rights do I have over my personal data?**

Under the GDPR, the Drime privacy policy lists these rights:

- access: know whether Drime processes your personal data, and get access to it;
- rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- erasure, also called the right to be forgotten: have your data deleted under certain conditions;
- restriction of processing: in specific situations, have Drime keep your data without processing it further;
- data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- objection: object to processing for direct marketing or based on Drime's legitimate interests;
- not being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

See the [privacy policy](https://drime.cloud/privacy-policy) for the full text.

**How do I make a request?**

Email [contact@drime.cloud](mailto:contact@drime.cloud) and say which right you want to exercise.

Drime processes requests within 30 days. In some cases, it may ask you to confirm your identity first.

**Can I download all my data from the app?**

No. Drime has no export of a whole account. To keep a copy of your files, download them from your Drive. For a copy of your other personal data, make an access or portability request by email.

**How do I correct my information?**

You can change most of your account information yourself in **Settings**, for example your [password](https://drime.cloud/support/account-and-settings/change-your-password) or your [email address](https://drime.cloud/support/account-and-settings/change-your-email). For anything else, contact [contact@drime.cloud](mailto:contact@drime.cloud).

**How do I delete my data?**

Deleting your account deletes your files immediately and permanently. Drime keeps some data only as long as its legal, regulatory and contractual obligations require (see the [privacy policy](https://drime.cloud/privacy-policy)). See [Delete your Drime account](https://drime.cloud/support/account-and-settings/delete-your-account).

**What happens to the people who open my tracked links?**

When someone in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom opens a [tracked link](https://drime.cloud/support/send-and-track/what-is-send-and-track), Drime does not keep their IP address once their location is set.

**What if I am not satisfied with the answer?**

You can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
