Each tracked file has its own page in Send & Track, with its overall figures, the list of its visits and a funnel that shows how far readers go.

## Open the stats of a file

1. Open **Tools** \> **Send & Track**.

   **Tracked Files** lists your tracked files with their number of **Views** and **Downloads**.

2. Click a file to open its page.

## The overall figures

At the top of the file's page:

| Figure | What it measures |
| --- | --- |
| **Number of views** | Every visit, bots excluded; repeat visits by the same person within 30 minutes count once |
| **Unique visitors** | Different people, recognised without cookies |
| **Average view completion** | How much of the document visitors viewed, on average |
| **Total average view duration** | How long visitors spent on the document, on average |

Turn on **Exclude team members** to leave your own team's visits out of the figures.

## Each visitor, page by page

**All Visitors** lists each visit with its **View Completion**, its **View Duration** and the date it was **Last Viewed**. Open a visit to see:

- the **Time spent per page**, for PDFs;
- the **Links clicked in the document**;
- for a video, the **Video watch timeline**.

To know who your visitors are, make the link require an email to view. When the link asks visitors to accept your terms, **Agreement accepted** shows on their visit.

To tidy the list, **Archive** a visit; **Show archived** brings archived visits back.

## The conversion funnel

**Conversion funnel** shows how visitors progress from opening the document to downloading it. Click **Edit funnel** to choose its steps.

## Export a report

Click **Export**, on the **Tracked Files** list or on a file's page. **Report exported** confirms it.

## How far back you can look

On the free plan, the stats cover the last 3 months. Longer periods need a Starter plan or higher: Drime offers **Upgrade to Starter** when you choose one.

## If it doesn't work

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| **… can only be viewed on a Starter plan or higher. Upgrade now to view more stats.** | Without a subscription, stats cover the last 3 months. Choose a shorter period, or a paid plan with **Upgrade to Starter**. |
| **No data to export** | Nobody has opened the link in the chosen period yet. Choose a longer period, or wait for the first visits. |
| **No funnel data for this period.** | No visit reached the funnel steps in this period. Widen the period. |
| A visitor shows no name or email | The link did not ask for an email, so visitors stay anonymous. |
