You can change or remove access for each person, turn off a share link, or stop sharing an item altogether.

## Find everything you share

In the sidebar, click **Shared**, then **Shared by me**: it lists your items shared with people or with an active share link.

## Change someone's access

1. Right-click the shared file or folder and choose **Share**.

2. In **Who has access**, open the menu next to the person.

3. Choose **Can view**, **Can Download** or **Can edit**.

The new level applies to the item and everything inside it.

## Remove someone

In the same menu, choose **Remove**. **Member removed** confirms it.

For someone you shared with by email who has no Drime account, removing them revokes their personal link.

## Turn off a share link

Open **Share**, click **Copy link**, then **Delete link**. **Delete link** is also at the bottom of **Link settings**. Anyone who opens the link afterwards cannot access the item.

To turn off the links of several items at once, select them, right-click and choose **Delete sharing links**.

## Stop sharing with everyone

Right-click the item and choose **Unshare**. Everyone you shared it with loses access. This option is offered to the owner of the item.

> **Note**
>
> Unsharing does not delete anything: the item stays in your Drive.

**Unshare** and **Delete sharing links** are offered to the owner of the items only. The ownership of an item cannot be transferred to someone else.

## If it doesn't work

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| **Unshare** or **Delete sharing links** is not in the menu | You are not the owner of the item. Ask the owner. |
| The person still has the file | Removing access does not reach copies they downloaded before. |
| The link still opens | Each item has its own link: check that you deleted the link of the item you sent. |
