When someone opens your share link, they see a page with the content you shared. They do not need a Drime account.

## Before the content opens

If you protected the link, visitors first see:

- a password screen, when the link has a password;
- a request for their email address or an agreement to accept, when you turned on these visitor access options.

## What they can do

| Action | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| Preview | A file opens in the browser. A folder shows its content, 50 items per page. |
| **Download** | Downloads the file. A folder downloads as a ZIP archive. |
| **Save to Drime** | Copies the item into their own Drime account, after they sign in or create an account. |
| **Copy link** | Copies the link to share it further. |
| **Report a problem** | Reports the link to Drime if they think it breaks the rules. |

If you turned off **Allow download** in Link settings, **Download** and **Save to Drime** are not available: visitors can only preview.

## When the link does not open

| Message | Reason |
| --- | --- |
| **This link has expired** | The link's expiration date has passed. |
