# What is Drime Sign?

Drime Sign lets you send documents for electronic signature, sign documents yourself, follow every request and reuse templates, from your Drime account.

Drime Sign is the electronic signature tool of Drime. It is in your account: go to **Tools** \> **Sign**.

## How a signature request works

1. You add your documents: PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP files, up to 50 MB each and 20 per request. Images become PDF.
2. You add your signers and place the fields each one fills in.
3. Each signer receives an email with a link. They do not need a Drime account, and can sign from a computer, a tablet or a phone.
4. You follow the request in **Tools** \> **Sign**. Once everyone has signed, you download the signed document and its audit trail.

A signer can also decline, with a reason: the document is then marked as declined.

## How many requests can I send?

Signing a document yourself is unlimited on every plan. On the free plan, signature requests sent to other people are limited to 3 per calendar month. See [How many signature requests can I send?](https://drime.cloud/support/sign/signature-request-limits).
