# The workspace admin console

What you can manage in a workspace's admin console: members, roles, activity, alerts, branding, security, products and upload billing.

The admin console groups everything an administrator needs to run a workspace. Open it from the workspace switcher, with the workspace's settings.

## Who can open it

The workspace owner, and members whose role allows inviting members. The **Dashboard** is reserved for the owner.

## Sections

| Section | What you do there |
| --- | --- |
| **Dashboard** | See the workspace at a glance, including its storage use. The owner can also delete the workspace here. |
| **Users** | Invite people with **Invite user**, follow **Pending invitations**, change roles and remove members. See [Change a member's role or remove them](https://drime.cloud/support/workspaces/manage-members). |
| **Roles** | Create custom roles. See [Workspace roles and permissions](https://drime.cloud/support/workspaces/roles-and-permissions). |
| **Activity** | See and export what members did. See [Workspace activity log and security alerts](https://drime.cloud/support/workspaces/activity-and-alerts). |
| **Alert policies** | Get alerted about risky activity. |
| **Files** | The workspace's files. |
| **Settings** | The workspace's settings, below. |

## Settings

| Tab | Content |
| --- | --- |
| **General** | The workspace's logo and its ID, with a **Copy** button. |
| **Branding** | The workspace's visual identity. |
| **Security** | Two-factor authentication, invitation domains, password strength, password reset. See [Workspace security settings](https://drime.cloud/support/workspaces/security-settings). |
| **Products** | Turn Vault, Sign, Send & Track, Pages and Whiteboards on or off for members, with exceptions per member. |
| **Members** | **Upload billing**: whose storage the files use. See [How storage works in a workspace](https://drime.cloud/support/workspaces/workspace-storage). |

When a product is off, members cannot create new items with it: **This product is not available in this workspace.** appears.
