Delete your account

To delete your account on our platform, please follow these steps:

On the web version:

1. Go to Settings > Security: https://app.drime.cloud/account-settings#security

2. Click on the “Delete account” button.

3. Enter your password in “Confirm your password” (and, if two-factor authentication is on, the 6-digit code in “Two-factor authentication code”), then click “Delete my account”.

   
   

On the mobile app:

1. Go to “Settings”.

2. Scroll down to the “About” section.

3. Tap on “Delete account”.

   
   

Please note that deleting your account is irreversible and will be done instantly.
