Your files on all your devices

How your Drime files reach the web, your computer and your phone: sync with Drime Desktop, online-only files, computer backups and phone photo backup.

Updated WebWindowsAndroidiOS

Your files live in Drime, and you reach them from the web, your computer and your phone with the same account.

#On the web

Sign in at drime.cloud from any browser to see and manage all your files.

#On your computer: Drime Desktop

Drime Desktop adds a Drime folder to your computer, kept in sync with your Drive both ways.

  • By default, files are Online-only: they are listed in the folder but stored on drime.cloud, and download when you open them. They use no disk space, but you need internet to open them.

  • Make a file or folder Available offline to keep it on the computer.

Drime Desktop Preferences, Sync: the default sync preference

See How sync works and Online-only and offline files. Drime Desktop can also back up folders of your computer: see Back up folders from your computer.

#On your phone: the mobile app

The mobile app gives you your files on the go. It can also back up your photos and videos automatically: turn it on in the app's settings, under Backup. It is off by default, and uses Wi-Fi only unless you allow mobile data. See Back up your phone's photos and videos.

#Get the apps

In the web app, click Help at the bottom of the rail, then Download apps.

The Help menu open at the bottom of the left rail, with Download apps

See Drime on the web, your computer and your phone.
