Create documents and web shortcuts in the app

The + button of the Drime mobile app creates new items in the folder you are in.

#Create a document, a spreadsheet or a presentation

Tap +, then Document, Spreadsheet or Presentation. Start from a blank file or from a template: CV, cover letter, report, meeting notes, budget, expenses, invoice, schedule, pitch, project review or training.

The file is created in your Drime. To edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, use Drime on the web.

#Create a page

Tap +, then the page option, to start a Drime page: see Use Drime Pages on your phone, even offline.

#Add a web shortcut

Tap +, then Web shortcut, to save a link to a website in your Drive. See Save web shortcuts in your Drive.

#Whiteboards

Tap +, then Whiteboard, to create a whiteboard. A new version of Whiteboards is coming, and the current boards are no longer supported from 15 November 2026: export the ones you want to keep. See A new version of Whiteboards is coming: export your boards before 15 November 2026.
