Download a copy of all your files
Drime has no one-click export: how to download a copy of all your files, from your Drive, your workspaces and your Vault, before you leave or as a backup.
Drime has no one-click export of your account. To keep a copy of everything, download your files from each place where they are: your Drive, each workspace and your Vault.
#Download your Drive
In the sidebar, open All Files.
Select everything with Ctrl + A (Cmd + A on a Mac).
Right-click the selection and choose Download.

Several items download as one ZIP archive. For a large selection, Drime first prepares the archive and shows Preparing your archive... with a percentage, then Archive ready, your download is starting.
A prepared archive and its download link are kept 24 hours. See Download files and folders.
#Download each workspace
Files of a team workspace are not in your personal All Files. Switch to each workspace with the switcher at the bottom of the side panel, then repeat the steps above. See Personal space and team workspaces.
#Download your Vault
Vault files are encrypted and kept apart from your Drive. Unlock your Vault, select its files and folders, then download them: folders download as a ZIP. See What is Vault?.

#Your computer backups
Computer backups made with Drime Desktop are copies of folders that are on your computer: the originals stay there.
#Before you delete your account
Deleting your account deletes your files at once, with no grace period and no way back. Download everything first. See Delete your Drime account.
#Ask Drime for your data
To exercise your rights over your personal data (access, rectification, deletion, portability), write to contact@drime.cloud. Drime handles requests within 30 days and may ask you to prove your identity.
