Can I get a deleted account back?

Can a deleted account be restored?

No. Deleting a Drime account is immediate and permanent: neither you nor Drime support can bring it back.

What did the deletion remove?

Drime keeps some data only as long as its legal, regulatory and contractual obligations require: see the privacy policy and Your data and GDPR.

Can I get my files back?

No. Your files were deleted with the account. Only copies you kept outside Drime remain.

Can I use Drime again?

Yes, with a new account. It starts empty, on the free plan. See Create your Drime account.

I only wanted to stop paying

Cancelling your plan does not delete your account: your files stay, and your account returns to the free plan. See Cancel your subscription.
