Delete your Drime account
Delete your Drime account and all its data from the Security settings. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so download your files first.
Deleting your account permanently removes it with all its data: your files and folders, including those you shared, and your active subscriptions. The deletion is immediate. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account afterwards. Drime keeps some data only as long as its legal, regulatory and contractual obligations require (see the privacy policy).
If you only want to stop paying, you do not need to delete your account: see Cancel your subscription.
#Keep a copy of your data first
Your files: download them from your Drive. Several files or a folder download as a ZIP file. See Download files and folders.
Your Vault: download its files from the Vault itself, where they are decrypted in your browser.
Your other personal data: email contact@drime.cloud with an access or portability request. Drime answers within 30 days. See Your data and GDPR.
Do this before you delete the account: afterwards, nothing can be recovered.
