Use Sign in a workspace
Where your signature requests go when you work in a team workspace, who can see and delete them, and how an admin turns Sign on or off for members.
Drime Sign works in the space you are in. Requests you create in a team workspace belong to that workspace, and its members can see them.
#Where a signature request goes
You create the request | It belongs to |
|---|---|
While you are in a team workspace | That workspace |
From a file of a team workspace, while your personal space is selected | The file's workspace |
In your personal space | Your personal space only |
To change space before you start, use the workspace switcher at the bottom of the side panel: see Personal space and team workspaces.
#Who sees and manages team requests
Every member of the workspace can see the signature requests created in it, with their status and their documents.
You can always delete the requests you sent yourself.
Deleting a request that belongs to the team needs a role allowed to delete files in that workspace. See Workspace roles and permissions and Delete a signature request.
#Turn Sign on or off for members
A workspace admin can switch Sign off for the members:
Open the workspace's admin console, then Settings.
Open the Products tab.
It reads Choose which products your members can open. Admins and the workspace owner always keep access.
Turn off the switch next to Sign, or keep it on with exceptions for some members.

Sign is on by default. When it is off, members cannot create new signature requests in the workspace: This product is not available in this workspace. appears. See The workspace admin console.
#If it doesn't work
What you see | What to do |
