Templates and bulk send
Save a document and its signature fields as a Drime Sign template, share it with your team, and send it to many recipients from a spreadsheet.
A template saves a document with its signature fields and the roles of its signers, so you can send it again without placing the fields each time. Bulk send uses a template to send a separate document to each person listed in a spreadsheet.
#Create a template
Go to Tools > Sign, then click Templates.
Click Create a template.
In Choose a document for the template, add your PDF or image.
In Define the roles, name each signer role, then click Continue.
Click Add a role for each extra signer. Roles are placeholders, such as Client or Manager: they are assigned to real people when you use the template.

Place the fields of each role on the document, then save.
The message Template saved confirms it.
#Use a template
On the Templates page, click Use on the template.
In Assign the roles, enter the name and email address of the person for each role.
Click Create and edit, then check the document and send it.
Each template also offers Edit, Duplicate and Delete.
#Share a template with your team
Click Share with team on the template. A Team badge then shows on it. Click Stop sharing to make it private again.
#Send to many people at once
In Tools > Sign, click Bulk send.
Choose the template to send.
Add your spreadsheet: drop an XLSX, XLS or CSV file in the dialog.
Click Download a sample file for a file ready to fill in. A file can hold up to 1,000 recipients and weigh up to 15 MB. If it has several worksheets, choose the one with your recipients in Worksheet.
For each Recipient field, choose the matching File column.
Drime matches the columns for you when it can: a column whose header contains "email" or "name" fills the email or the name of the signer. With several roles, start each header with the role, for example
Client emailandClient name. Check each match: choose (Ignore) to leave a column out, or Same for every document… to type one value used on all documents, for example your own email address if you countersign every document.
If you want, write a Message to recipients (optional), then send.
The send button shows how many documents will be sent.
Each row of the file creates its own document with its own recipients. To have several people sign the same document, add more roles to the template instead.
#Let visitors sign from a public form
A template with a single signer can also become a public form, where each visitor signs their own copy of the document. Turn it on in Settings > Developers > Embedding.
