Reset a forgotten password

Forgot your Drime password? Request a reset link by email, choose a new password, and what to do if the link has expired.

If you forgot your password, Drime emails you a link to choose a new one.

#Reset your password

On the sign-in page, enter your email, click Continue, then click Forgot password?.
On Forgot Password, enter your email address and click Continue.
Open the email from Drime and click the reset link.
The link works for 60 minutes.
On Reset your account password, enter your new password twice and confirm.

Your password has been reset! confirms it. For your security, every other session is signed out: sign in again on your other devices.

Problem	What to do
This password reset token is invalid.	The link has expired or was already used. Request a new one.
We can't find a user with that e-mail address.	Check the address, or try the other email addresses you use.
No email received	Wait a moment and check your spam folder. You can request a new link after 60 seconds.
