Customise a share link: downloads, custom address and branding

Link settings lets you decide whether visitors can download, give your link a readable address and brand the page they see.

To open it: right-click the file or folder, choose Share, click Copy link, then Manage. Once the item has a link, the gear icon at the top of the Share dialog opens it too. Click Save after your changes.

#Let visitors preview only

Turn off Allow download. Visitors can still preview the content on the link page, but Drime refuses any download through the link.

#Choose your own link address

Turn on Custom link and type the end of the address you want, for example harbor-pine-brief.

• Use 3 to 60 characters: letters, numbers, - and _.

• If This custom link is already taken. appears, someone else uses that address: choose another one.

#Brand the link page

Turn on Custom Branding, then click Configure branding to add:

• a title, up to 255 characters;

• a description, up to 2,000 characters;

• a cover image and your logo.

Visitors see them on the link page. See What people see when they open your link.
