A file won't open or play (HEIC, WMV, WebM, EPUB…)

Yes. No file type is blocked by default: Drime stores every file as it is. What can be opened in the browser depends on the format, as below. Everything else can be downloaded.

If you see Files of this type are not allowed, this type of file is blocked on your Drime. Contact support if you need to store it.

Yes. They open in the preview: Drime decodes them in your browser. To get a JPG copy, right-click the photo and choose Convert to.

Drime shows the image that the camera stored inside the RAW file, for 34 camera formats. The RAW file itself is kept as it is: open it in your photo software to edit it.

An MKV with AC-3 or DTS sound plays without sound at first: click Fix audio.

EPUB opens in a reader. MOBI and AZW3 do not open in Drime: download them, or convert them with Convert to. Ebook covers are not shown.
