Drime plans compared

Compare the free plan and the Starter, Essentials, Professional and Advanced plans: storage, workspaces, members, signatures, tracked files and more.

Updated Web

Drime has a free plan and four paid plans: Starter, Essentials, Professional and Advanced. They differ mainly in storage, in how many workspaces and members you can have, and in what sharing, signature and administration tools are included. An Enterprise offer is available on request.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing costs about 20% less per month. Current prices are on the pricing page.

The free plan needs no credit card and does not expire. Signature requests are counted per calendar month.

#What counts toward your storage

Your storage is your own: it covers everything stored in your name. The storage breakdown splits it into Files, Vault, Versions, Team space and Trash:

  • the earlier versions of your files count, not only the current one;

  • files in the Trash count until they are deleted permanently;

  • your Vault counts like the rest of your files.

To see your use and free up space, see Check and free up storage space.

#When you are running out of space

On the free plan, a banner appears from 80% use: You've used …% of your storage, with Get more storage. At 100%, it says Your storage is full: uploads stop until you free up space or upgrade. Your files stay where they are, and nothing is deleted.

#In a workspace

There is no separate storage pool for a workspace. In a workspace, members use the features of the owner's plan. Depending on the workspace settings, the files a member uploads count against that member's own storage, or against the owner's. See How storage works in a workspace.

#What each paid plan adds

Plan

Adds

Starter

500 GB of storage and secure sharing

Essentials

Password-protected links, custom expiration dates, advanced sharing, unlimited signature requests and tracked files

Professional

Everything in Essentials, plus roles and member permissions, team activity, and advanced workspace administration: admin console, custom roles, content logs, workspace branding and statistics

Advanced

Everything in Professional, plus compliance tracking

Every plan, including the free one, includes the end-to-end encrypted Vault and two-factor authentication.

The number of vaults counts per workspace: 3 with Essentials, 5 with Professional, 10 with Advanced and 50 with the 10 TB Lifetime plan. See Use several vaults.

#Enterprise

For larger teams, Drime offers custom storage, dedicated onboarding and individual support. Contact the sales team.

#Lifetime plans

Lifetime plans are paid once and never renew. They are sold separately and work differently from subscriptions: see Lifetime plans and stacking.

#See your current plan

At the top right, click your avatar, then Settings > Billing. Plan shows your plan, its renewal or end date and your storage use. On the free plan, it shows Free plan with a See plans button.

To move to another plan, click Change plan (or See plans on the free plan): see Upgrade or change your plan.

What you see

What to do

Your storage is full

Uploads stop until you free up space or move to a larger plan. See Check and free up storage space.

You have exhausted your allowed space of …. Delete some files or upgrade your plan.

The upload would go over your storage. Delete files, empty the Trash, or upgrade.

You've reached your free signature limit

You have sent your 3 signature requests of the month. Wait for next month, or move to Essentials or higher. See How many signature requests can I send?.

You need to be subscribed to have more than 3 files tracked.

The free plan tracks up to 3 files at once. Stop tracking a file, or subscribe to a paid plan.

Your storage seems fuller than your files

Earlier versions and the Trash count too. Delete old versions or empty the Trash.
