Choose the order in which people sign

Have all your signers sign at the same time, or one after another in the order you choose, and see what changes for reminders and for each signer.

Updated Web

With several signers, you choose whether they all sign at the same time or one after another. By default, everyone is invited at once.

#Set the signing order

  1. In the Signers step, add at least two signers.

The Set signing order switch shows once there are two signers.

  2. Turn on Set signing order.

The step then says Signers are invited one after another, in the order below. Drag to reorder.

  3. Drag the signers into the order you want.

The first signer in the list signs first.

  4. Click Continue.

You can also change it in the last step, Review and send, under Signing order: Parallel (everyone at once) or Sequential (one by one). Both settings are the same option.

The Settings box of Review and send with the Signing order list open on Parallel (everyone at once) and Sequential (one by one)
