What can I do on the web but not in the app?
Some things are done on the web, not in the Drime mobile app: changing your plan, invoices, two-factor authentication, file versions and more.
What can I do on the web but not in the app?
The Drime mobile app gives you your files, the gallery, sharing, Pages, PDFs, Sign and the Vault. A few things are done in Drime on the web, from a browser on your phone or on a computer. They are listed below.
Can I buy or change a plan in the app?
No, there are no in-app purchases. On Android, Upgrade at the top of your files, or Get more storage, opens the plans and the payment in your browser. The iPhone app shows no upgrade: go to Drime on the web.
Where are my invoices, and how do I cancel?
On the web: see Find and download your invoices, Cancel your subscription and Payment methods and updating your card.
Can I create a family in the app?
No, creating and managing a family is done on the web. See Create a family. Once your family exists, the app shows it: see Workspaces and Drime Family in the app.
Can I change my security settings in the app?
These are on the web:
turning two-factor authentication on or off;
the list of your sessions and devices.
Which file features are on the web only?
The version history of your Drive files.
Editing Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.
Which Pages, PDF and Sign features are on the web only?
Publishing a page, writing with AI, exporting a page and page templates.
Whiteboard templates.
In Sign, inviting again a signer who declined: see When a signer declines.
Is anything different on iPhone?
Yes. The iPhone app cannot upload a whole folder, and Drime does not appear when you share a file from another app. The Android app does both. See Use Drime from the Files app and other apps.
What else is not in the app?
Sign in with Apple, Transfr, home-screen widgets, and face recognition or smart search in your photos.
