Dissolve a family
Dissolve your Drime Family as its manager: members keep their accounts and files and go back to their own storage. Delete or keep the Family Room.
Only the manager can dissolve the family. Nobody's account or files are touched.
#Dissolve the family
In the family console, open Settings, then General.

Under Danger zone, click Dissolve the family.
Choose what happens to the Family Room.
Delete it is selected by default: its files go to your trash, where you can still restore them. Keep it keeps it as your own workspace, renamed with "Former" before its name.

Keep or clear Every member keeps a copy of what they added to the Family Room.
It is checked by default: each member's copy goes into their own Drive.
Click Dissolve, then confirm it is you.
Drime always asks for your password here. The family has been dissolved confirms it.
#What happens
Every member goes back to their own storage and is told by e-mail.
Nobody's account or files are touched. Someone above their own storage keeps everything but cannot add files until there is room.
Pending invitations stop working.
If you deleted the Room, its files are in your trash: see Restore deleted files.
To stay in the family and let someone else run it, hand it over instead.
#If it doesn't work
